Please allow extra time for shipping at the moment. Due to the pandemic, many postal carriers are experiencing significant delays. Currently, packages shipped to the United States are taking approximately 2 weeks to arrive at their destinations. International shipments are taking 3 weeks to 2 months in extreme cases. Local pickup currently not available.

SHIPPING TIME

Most orders ship within a few days but please allow up to 10 days for processing. Normally, packages take 5-10 business days from shipping date to arrive at the destination. :)

RETURNS

Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order arriving damaged or incorrect please contact me to sort it out.

CUSTOMS FEES

Some international orders may be subject to customs fees. Any additional shipping and customs fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

PACKAGE LIABILITY

I hold no responsibility for lost/stolen packages once they have been passed into the hands of postal services.
